About Swati
Welcome – I’m Swati
I am a ACC-registered, WINZ-approved & EAP counsellor based in Auckland, offering both in-person and online therapy to adults across Aotearoa New Zealand. With a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, she supports people navigating a wide range of mental health concerns — including complex trauma, family violence, identity challenges, life transitions, anger and stress management, couple and family counseling, relationship issues etc.
I brings over five years of experience working in both private practice and community settings. My practice is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to emotional safety and healing.

Welcome -I’m Swati

I am a compassionate, client-centered counsellor with over five years of experience in therapeutic work, following a 16-year leadership career across multinational organizations. I offer individual and group counselling, and I specialize in supporting clients with trauma, family harm, identity, and life transitions.
Having lived in India, Singapore, and now Aotearoa New Zealand, I bring cultural sensitivity and deep emotional insight to my work. My approach blends evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, SFBT, and Narrative Therapy with pranayama and breathwork to support nervous system regulation and healing.
I work in English, Hindi, and conversational Spanish. I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative and deeply committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive space for all.
