Welcome -I’m Swati
I am a ACC registered, WINZ approved & EAP counsellor based in Auckland, offering both in person and online therapy to adults across Aotearoa New Zealand. With a trauma informed, client centred approach, I support people navigating a wide range of mental health concerns including complex trauma, family violence, identity challenges, life transitions, anger and stress management, couple and family counselling, relationship issues etc.
I bring over five years of experience working in both private practice and community settings. My practice is grounded in compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a deep commitment to emotional safety and healing.

At Elevate with Swati, my mission is to provide compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma informed counselling that honours each client’s unique story and strengths. I am dedicated to supporting individuals navigating emotional pain, life transitions, identity challenges, and relationship dynamics through holistic, evidence-based, and client centred care.
My Vision
My vision is to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where individuals can heal from trauma, rediscover their inner strength, and reconnect with their authentic selves fostering resilience, wellbeing, and a deeper sense of belonging.

I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, trauma history, and cultural background. I also maintain ongoing clinical, peer, and cultural supervision in line with NZAC ethical guidelines. I speak English, and Hindi.

My work blends evidence based therapies with holistic practices to support the whole person mind, body, and nervous system. I draw from a wide range of modalities, including:
