Welcome

A safe space to feel heard.

I'm a compassionate, person-centred counsellor committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and reflective space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe counselling is a collaborative journey — meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you navigate life's challenges, healing, and growth.

With over six years of therapeutic experience following a 16-year leadership career across multinational organisations, I bring professional experience, emotional insight, and curiosity into my practice. Having lived in India, Singapore, and Aotearoa New Zealand, I value the uniqueness of each person's story and the cultural experiences that shape who we are.

"Caring for ourselves is an ongoing practice that allows us to show up more fully — for ourselves, and for others."

How I work

Integrative, evidence-informed, whole-person care.

My approach integrates evidence-informed therapies alongside polyvagal-informed and somatic-based practices — supporting the connection between mind, body, and emotional healing.

I incorporate body awareness, breathwork, and sound-healing practices using therapeutic singing bowls, alongside nervous-system regulation. I also draw inspiration from Eastern psychology and contemplative practices that offer valuable perspectives for trauma recovery, self-awareness, and inner wellbeing.

My own wellbeing practices — silent retreats, walking in nature, strength-based movement, consistent yoga, and restorative time in the mountains — help me remain present, grounded, and compassionate in the spaces I hold with clients.

Modalities I draw from

  • EMDR
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Person-Centred & Gestalt approaches
  • Strengths-based practice
  • Pranayama, breathwork & sound bowls
