What is EMDR?

Reprocessing, without reliving.

EMDR uses gentle bilateral stimulation — eye movements, taps, or sounds — to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories safely, without needing to talk through every detail.

EMDR may be beneficial for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, adverse life experiences and other difficulties where past experiences continue to impact present wellbeing. Together we move at a pace that always feels safe for you.
